A block of rooms has been set aside at a lower rate for workshop participants at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tallahassee. In order for you to make reservations at this lower price ($119 per room per night) you must identify yourself as part of the "FSU School of Computational Science-Biophysics Workshop group".  All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or an advance deposit. Reservations may be made by either calling the local number 850-224-5000, the toll free number 800-222-8733 or via the Internet.  All individual reservations need to be made prior to January 18, 2007.

To reserve rooms via the Internet, visit the DoubleTree web site ( www.doubletree.com ) and type in "Tallahassee" under the city request and the arrival/departure dates. Scroll down to the section titled "Special Accounts" and type in BWK next to Group/Convention field. Follow the instructions to make a new reservation.
